Our Ambassador Referral Program is an official partnership designed for influencers and ambassadors who resonate with our vision and wish to help us grow our community.
Upon application, we will review your social media channels and content. Please note that participation is subject to approval, and not all applicants may be accepted into the program.
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral code. We look forward to connecting with new residents through your inspiring content.
🎁 Reward Details
Standard Reward
When a referred friend moves in through this program, both the ambassador and the referred friend will receive a ¥15,000 Visa e-gift card at the end of the month following their move-in month!
- Eligible Properties: All Hmlet properties in Tokyo and Osaka
Bonus Reward
Receive bonus reward amounts depending on the number of successful referrals!
📝 How to Apply
1. Application via Form
Please fill out the required information (name, contact info, SNS account URLs, etc.) in the dedicated form below to apply.

2. Review & Code Issuance
Please note that we will only contact applicants who have been selected to join the program.
Referral codes are for use only by the registered ambassador and cannot be transferred.
3. Content Creation & Reward Issuance
Share the appeal of Hmlet along with your referral code on your social media.
If the referred friend moves in using the code, rewards will be issued at the end of the month following the new resident's move-in month.
⚠️ Terms & Conditions
- Prohibiting Misleading Content: Creating websites or social media accounts that mimic our official sites is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification from the program and rewards. We also reserve the right to request the removal of any content deemed inappropriate.
- Reward Issuance: Rewards will be issued at the end of the month following the new resident's move-in month.
- Code Management: Referral codes are for use only by the registered ambassador and cannot be transferred.
- Account Visibility: Please ensure your account is set to public, as private accounts cannot be reviewed for the program.
- Selection Notification: Please note that we will only contact applicants who have been selected to join the program. Expect to hear from us within approximately one week of your application.
