- Move-in Deadline: Must start your stay by December 31, 2026.
- Eligible Properties: All Hmlet properties in Tokyo and Osaka.
- Eligibility: * Applicable only to first-time Hmlet residents who sign a new lease agreement during the campaign period.
- Note: This offer is not valid for returning residents, room transfers, or property transfers.
- How to Apply: You must provide the campaign code at the time of application.

For the Application Form:

Issuance of Rewards:
- Timing: The rewards will be issued once the referred guest signs a new lease agreement for a Hmlet Japan property and completes the move-in process.
- Delivery: Rewards will be sent to both parties via email in the month following the referred guest's move-in date.
- Cancellations: If the referred guest cancels their move-in or does not finalize the lease agreement, the rewards will not be issued.
Terms & Conditions:
- Exclusions for Current Residents: This program does not apply to contract renewals, room transfers within the same property, or transfers between different Hmlet properties.
- Cancellations & Re-applications: If an existing contract is cancelled, the program will not apply to any subsequent re-applications.
- Contract Type: This offer is valid only for individual contracts. Corporate contracts are not eligible.
- Combination with Other Offers: This program cannot be combined with any other ongoing campaigns or promotions.
- Prohibited Sharing: This referral program is exclusively for those who have been directly referred by a participant of the designated event. Publicly sharing or distributing the referral URL on social media or other public platforms is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, your eligibility for the reward may be revoked.
