・For contracts under 6 months: ¥20,000 OFF the initial fees
・For contracts 6 months or longer: ¥40,000 OFF the initial fees

- This campaign is available exclusively to former Hmlet residents who sign a new lease. Please note that current residents who are extending their existing contracts or transferring to another room within Hmlet properties are not eligible for this discount.

- This campaign is available for personal contracts only and does not apply to corporate contracts.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other campaigns.
